We assign spots based on your set up to get the best results for safety of vendors and visitors alike. We combine animal, craft, and other vendors together so our vendors will get improved foot traffic to their booths. Improved foot traffic = increase sales possibilities. 


All Vendors are welcome to the swap that are family friendly. Farm animals, Pets, Crafts, Homemade goodies, seasonal items, small business products, and more! 


Vendors are responsible for own electricity. No Large and/or loud generators without approval. Solar preferred 


Vendors agree that all animals will be pre-checked for health before bringing to event. No sick or seemly sick animals are allowed. Vendors agree to clean up their booth area prior to leaving.


Vendors are to take full responsibility of liability to any animals, products, and equipment brought to event.


Vendors are entered to win a FREE next Swap Vendor Spot prize if paid and registered before Wednesday, Sept 13th 2024. 


 * Can Livestock/Nursery/ Farm Product vendors show same day without application? Yes, Spots are not guaranteed. First Come, First Serve.


Instructions: Fill out form. Get confirmation within 7 days. Make payment by due date. Map and Spot locations sent out a week before event. Upon arrival be sure to stop by the Swap Booth to pick up your essential vendor packet. Food Truck Vendors Must Have Approval Prior to making payment. We are seeking Three Food Trucks Max.


Payments accepted: Venmo, Cashapp, Credit/Debit Card via invoice. Cash is accepted for DFF vendors same day.


Vendor Fee: 

  • Direct From Farm (DFF) Animals/produce/plants/Used Farm Supplies such as kennels, baskets, feeders, coops, etc.. : $10

  • Small business MLM, resellers, crafters, baked goods & candy, etc with or without DFF products : $40 

  • Food trucks: $100 * limit three food trucks


Applications and payments due by Monday Sept 23rd 2024.


Applications made after Monday Sept 23rd 2024 are open to animal and farm vendors only (unless an exception is made.. contact me directly:

No refunds - Vendor Spots are transferrable. If you're unable to attend for any reason you can transfer your paid spot to another pre-approved vendor. Cut off is Monday Sept 23rd 2024. No transfers after that.


No Call/No Show & Early Breakdown Policy:

Vendors who no call/no show or breakdown early cannot return to future events. No refund policy stands on prepaid future events. Notice after 7am day of event is treated as a no Call/No Show. Exceptions made for prepapproval of early break down due to safety of animals, bad weather, etc... must have approval even if you see others breaking down.


Vendors can leave booth to sit in car or go to town if break is needed to cool down or needs to get a fan, supplies, etc... Vendors are responsible to have someone watch their booth. Event is not responsible for unattended booths.
