Trunk or Treat Vendors secure your spot FREE today! Promote your business to families and give kids a fun opportunity to Trick or Treat in Bay Minette!

All vendors are welcome to the swap that are family friendly.
Anything passed out must be safe for kids all ages including toddlers.
If you have Free Samples or items not kid safe such as scentsy samples or perfumes samples, those must be given directly to parents
All trunk or treat vendors must give a kids safe treat for the kids' bags, even if a free sample etc.. is given to parents.

Please bring enough to hand out through out the event. We will issue wrist bands to kiddos and have a Swap Attendee give a candy to collect wrist bands at the end of the line. The wrist bands are then used to enter kiddos to win a prize at end of event. This will ensure kiddos only go through Trunk or Treat line once to help vendors have enough candy for the event. Expect up to 300 kiddos... All Trunk or Treat Vendors must decorate their vehicle in a halloween and kids safe fashion. Basic and simple designs are acceptable. We will be doing a best decorated vehicle contest. Parents will be given a voting card when they get the wrist bands for their kids. Parents will turn in their vote and their kids' wrist bands with the Swap Attendee at the end of the line. Winners for the best decorated trunk or treat set up and for the trunk or treat kids wrist bands will be announced at end of event. Prize: $30 Cash prize and a shout out on our Facebook Group, Bay Minette Swap Market, of over 5000K members with a tag to your FB page and link to your website. Vendors are responsible for own electricity. No Large and/or loud generators without approval. Solar preferred No running vehicles during event.. all vehicles must be in park, emergency parking breaks on, and shut off for safety.

Vendors are to take full responsibility of liability to any animals, products, and equipment brought to event. Set up for Trunk or Treat begins at 9:30am. Must be done setting up by 10:45am. Trunk Or Treat Starts at 11am.

Instructions: Fill out form. Get confirmation within 7 days. Map and Spot locations sent out a week before event.

Applications and sponsor payments due by Monday Oct 21st 2024. This is a FREE sign up event for Trunk or Treat Vendors to participate. Spots are very limited.

No Call/No Show & Early Breakdown Policy:

Vendors who no call/no show or breakdown early cannot return to future events. Notice after 7am day of event is treated as a no Call/No Show. Exceptions made for prepapproval of early break down due to bad weather, etc... must have approval even if you see others breaking down as animal vendors parked in a special area are allowed to leave early for the health and safety of their animals or if sold out.

I understand and agree only animal vendors can leave early if they sell out or if its necessary for the health and safety of their livestock. However, No unapproved vehicles are allowed in the vendor area during open hours. Animal vendors that sell out of back of vehicle or unhooked trailers will have special parking to be able to leave during open hours.
